Concern funds its programmes through donations, which come from both individual members of the public, and from International Donors. Depending on where the donation is made, either Concern Worldwide receives the donation. Once budgets are shared and approved by country programmes, these donations are further distributed to the Country Offices. Based on the approved budgets, the country offices spread the funds amongst their programmes. As Concern is an organisation that works through partners, the partners receive funding for their projects. Through the partners, who implement Concern activities, we finally reach our beneficiaries.

Concern’s work in Pakistan is focused mainly on Health (with an emphasis on Environmental Health), Emergencies and Livelihoods, while HIV&AIDS and Disaster Risk Reduction are important cross-cutting issues.
